Doors
Elevators doors protect building tenants from falling into the shaft. The most common configuration is to have two panels that meet in the middle and slide open laterally. In a cascading configuration(potentially allowing wider entryways within limited space), the doors run on independent tracks so that while open, they are tucked behind one another, and while closed they form cascading layers on one side.
Cabins
A fan is attached to the cabin and a vertical side wall of the cabin has a plurality of distributed ventilation holes. At least one air channel element is attached to the side wall. An adapter element is situated between the fan and an inlet opening of the air channel for guiding air from the fan into the air channel so that the air travels from the fan through the element into the air channel and through the holes into the elevator cabin.
Elevator Parts
The Winding Engine:
It converts and controls the electrical energy for the up and down movement.
Main Motors:
It has high torque with low starting current characteristics and accelerates the load smoothly.
Gate Locks S. Floor Selectors :
These are designed to operate with non-moving contacts and using the latest electronic technology; Gate Locks and Floor Sensors are provided in order to eliminate conventional mechanical actions thereby increasing safety and reliability. Screw Pump The immersed screw pumps couple with immersed motor or Flange mounted motor run quietly and without pulsation and with long guarantee. Screw pumps are used in Hydraulic Elevator and Hydraulic Systems of every kind.
Safety Device :
A safety device in a lift system comprises a cabin moveable
Controller
These lifts operation is silent, safe and reliable.
- Microprocessor-based ‘ PLC’ for logic operation
- 3 VF Controls. for high speed
- Control voltage is at a mere 12 volts DC and keeps the system safe
It also reduces the frequency of breakdowns. And rate breakdowns in the control are repaired instantly, by a simple method of replacing the faulty electronic printed circuit card.
